Amloki or country gooseberry is a bittersweet fruit, shockingly tangy and chock-full of healing properties. That is how I like to think of writing.

Good writing, whether fiction or non-fiction, can be bittersweet, can shock and provoke, but ultimately it ought to heal the rifts of our human condition.

I'm a freelance writer by profession, but a fiction writer by aspiration.
I keep telling myself that it is the aspirations that count.
